#### Inventory and Production Time:
Our vendors maintain a stock of certain items, such as bowls, plumbing components, and various salon appliances, which are ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days of confirming your order. For made-to-order products, production lead times differ:
- **Quick Ship Items**: Orders in designated "Quick Ship" colors are typically crafted within 2-3 weeks.
- **Standard Items**: These, along with Quick Ship items ordered in special colors, have a production time of 4-6 weeks.
- **Custom Items**: Please allow 8-12 weeks for these uniquely tailored products.
#### Shipping Methods:
**Small Packages**: For compact orders, FedEx is our courier of choice. You can select from Ground, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air options at checkout. Production lead times remain constant, irrespective of your chosen shipping method.
**Bulk Orders and Cabinetry**:
For these, we employ LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers. The specific carrier may vary as we continuously work to provide optimal service and pricing. Included in this service are liftgate amenities and pre-delivery notification. However, do note that the courier will only provide curbside delivery.
#### Handling and Inspection:
While we take every precaution to ensure your items are securely packaged, occasional transit damages can occur. The responsibility for inspecting the delivered items lies with you, the recipient. Please carefully review and note any damages or missing items on the carrier’s bill of lading at the time of delivery, as failing to do so may negatively impact any subsequent claims.
#### Address and Delivery Considerations:
Re-routing your delivery to a different address than initially provided often results in substantial additional shipping costs. Make sure the address entered during checkout is accurate. If you are unable to receive the shipment at the scheduled time, you may incur storage and reattempted delivery fees.
