Refund policy

Due to the customized nature of chairs and cabinets, not all products qualify for a return and credit. Should you wish to return an item, please reach out to our customer service for approval. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued for approved returns; please ensure this number is clearly indicated on the return packaging and accompanying documents to avoid shipment refusal or delays in crediting your account.

For Quick Ship chairs and cabinets in standard colors, returns are permitted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for covering shipping expenses and a restocking fee of 30%. If the returned item shows signs of damage or use, an additional restocking fee will apply, based on the item's condition.

Chairs and cabinets that are either standard, custom, or Quick Ship items ordered in special colors are not eligible for return, owing to their bespoke nature.

Plumbing fixtures like bowls are non-returnable once they've been connected to a water supply. Otherwise, they may be returned within 30 days of receipt, in unused condition and original packaging. Shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee are the responsibility of the customer. A higher restocking fee may apply if the item is returned in a damaged or used state.

For all dryers, processors, and steamers to be eligible for return, they must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Return costs, including shipping and a 30% restocking fee, are the responsibility of the customer. Should the item be returned in a damaged or used state, an escalated restocking fee will be levied, commensurate with the item's condition. Please note that electrical components are non-returnable.
